Gurugram Hit-and-Run: Court Grants Two-Day Police Custody for Kalyan Bainsla and Lovneesh

She specifically highlighted that she is suffering from intense pain in her knees and pelvic area. While the tests are complete, she is currently waiting for the official medical reports to arrive.

The case gained massive public attention after a video of the accident went viral on social media. The footage appears to show a collision on Golf Course Road involving Sia's two-wheeler and a car, which was allegedly driven by Bainsla.
Following the circulation of the video, the Gurugram Police tracked down and detained Kalyan Bainsla in Dausa, Rajasthan. The incident has drawn criticism from high-profile figures, including former IPS officer Kiran Bedi, who described the accused as a "coward" driven by bruised male dominance.
